I offer a unique insight and experience of NHS LIFT.
I led the procurement of a LIFT company from early application through to Financial Close as the Senior Responsible Officer for a Primary Care Trust. I was directly involved in the planning, procurement and selection process; providing leadership and scruitny throughout.
Subsequently, I have also held roles within the Private Sector partner to that LIFT Company and with Community Health Partnerships, the leading organisation for the NHS LIFT programme.
I have, in effect, seen NHS LIFT in the round, viewing the process and perspectives from all key players. This rounded perspective of LIFT enables me to advise and support all the key roles in LIFT with empathy and understanding.
