I have worked with third sector organisations on a local and national level, to advise and support their work with the NHS and wider public sector.
My experience includes having advised local charities delivering services to the local authority and NHS. I understand the context of local voluntary, not-for-profit and social enterprise organisations and can provide support to those who want to strengthen their offer to and relationship with public sector commissioners.
Highly acclaimed projects include the development and delivery of business case tools for the Association of Optomtrists and a hugely sucesfull programme of regional NHS commissioning support workshops for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. I bring understanding of policy, process and context and will work with your team to develop strategies for working with the NHS at national and local levels.
