During and following a fifteen year career in the NHS, I have had the opportunity to work in and with the public sector, private sector and third sector - in roles and relationships centred on common objectives to improve health and health services.
Through this experience, I have been able to observe and learn about the different approaches, constraints, opportunities and incentives in each sector. Each brings its strengths to that common goal, and I believe that much more can be achieved though greater understanding and stronger joint working.
Whether you are in the public sector trying to better engage with private sector partners, or in the private or third sector and want to build better relationships with the NHS or local authorities I can bring insight, understanding and a lateral approach to bridging the gaps and identifying the common ground.
